What does doing “your best” look like?
I know at times I can be hard on myself...comparing myself to yesterday or last year...some days I feel like I’m not doing “enough”. When in reality, I am doing my best and every day my ‘best’ looks different.
Your best is not going to look the same as anyone else, or how you were yesterday or ten years ago.
